Opportunity to recognize, manage risks, use resources correctly, take action and innovation needed to qualities such as entrepreneurship, stated when supported by local mechanisms will develop rapidly in Turkey. Many of which take place within the entrepreneur and incubation center which OSTİM Ankara in Turkey's industrialization in the Organized Industrial Zone, aviation, aerospace, chemical, medical, machinery and railway, including 6 different sets; 17 sectors; There are 5200 businesses operating in 139 business categories. Ankara, the registered patent ranking second in Turkey, although the province is inadequate compared to 15% in common use in R & D structure.

OSTIM Technopark has 18 universities, 8 technoparks, 12 industrial zones and various machinery, equipment and workspaces for technology-based entrepreneurs and SMEs to continue their R&D studies and produce prototypes, as well as education, consultancy and industry-university cooperation. Establishes "MANTAR Cultivation and Technology Commercialization Center" in cooperation with 9 technology transfer offices.

In the center to be established on the occasion of this project, SMEs and entrepreneurs are expected to produce projects based on new and creative ideas, such as the cultivation of mushrooms in a mushroom incubation center.

Established in the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone for applied research, prototype and mass production, SMEs will be able to design the prototypes or in-process studies they need at an affordable cost, under the coordination of the center. Thanks to the shared use of the most needed machines, a collaborative work culture will be created and the learning curves of SMEs will be shortened. The center supports not only the cooperation between SMEs but also the network they will establish together with technology transfer offices, R&D centers and other entrepreneurs. In addition, by subscribing to the European Creative Platforms Network, it brings entrepreneurs to an international arena where they can increase their creativity.

The Center supports 50 SMEs and new entrepreneurs; It is aimed that the supported organizations will create at least 3 research jobs and also 3 innovative businesses will be established. Within the center, prototyping and production training for 50 SMEs and consultancy for 70 SMEs are planned. Commercialization of at least 2 environmentally friendly products and 3 technological designs in line with the services of the center; 5 new ideas are expected to turn into business. It is planned to provide training on various subjects to increase the capacity of the center.

In addition to the services offered for the members of the center, work will also be carried out to improve the machinery and fixture infrastructure. A large number of equipment (CNC machines, laser cutters, robot systems, welding tables, etc.) and software (3D CAM, CAD software, etc.) will be provided, especially for R&D activities.

Providing an environment where information can be shared and cooperation is established, the "MANTAR Cultivation and Technology Commercialization Center" contributes to the creation of a competitive production structure for export by increasing productivity and accelerating commercialization under the leadership of the private sector.
