Establishment of Common Use Ateliers in TRB2 Region
 

The establishment of Common Use Facilities (CUF) project in Bitlis, Muş and Erciş, Van will also strengthen industrial infrastructure across the region. The CUFs that are established within the framework of this project, will satisfy the needs for technological infrastructure and skilled workers of SMEs operating in the region. An increase in competitiveness among enterprises is aimed by providing production, storage and technological infrastructure.

Along with the completion of the project, SMEs of automotive, metalworking and furniture industries are expected to benefit from these facilities. Within the scope of this project, three common use facilities will be established in Van Erciş Small Industrial Area and Organized Industrial Zones in Bitlis and Muş.

Machinery and equipment will be provided for the common use of enterprises operating, especially in the metal, wood and automotive industries. While gaining the ability to use the installed machines and equipment, employees can attend to the trainings provided by experts in various topics i.e marketing, sales, computerized accounting, capacity building and foreign trade. Therefore, the enterprises will not only develop their human capital but they will also strengthen their institutional structure. Students, studying in related departments of universities and in vocational high schools, are also expected to benefit from these CUFs.
